What are Tampons?
Tampons are another option to use during your period. The only difference is, tampons go inside of you. It might be scary, but its all good.
How to Insert Tampons
1) Wash your hands or use hand sanitizer first. You need everything to be clean, so no bacteria is near the vagina.
2)Unwrap a brand new tampon. It is unsanitary if the tampon is not open
3)Sit with your knees spread apart on the potty or with one foot propped up against the bathtub or squat down.
4)Locate the flaps of your vagina and find your hole.
5)Take a deep breath and get ready to insert the tampon.
6)Place your tampon into your vagina, and when your fingers (that are on the applicator) touch your body, push the plunger part(the part where your pointer finger is) and while still holding onto the applicator, remove both tubes.
Now after a few hours take it out easily. Pull the string so it can come out.
